TO SECURE YOUR SECTION
To secure a section in Benrogan just follow the steps below.
- Review the sales plan to find the section that meets your needs.
- Get in touch with Nigel Sales@benrogan.co.nz or 027 886-3468 to place a hold on your section while we prepare a Sale & Purchase Agreement for you to review.
- Talk to your builder to confirm the section is right for your new home.
- Talk to your bank to get finance underway.
- Get independent advice and submit an offer directly to sales@benrogan.co.nz
- You will be notified as soon as your conditional offer is accepted.
- Upon your agreement being accepted your 10 days due diligence starts
- Your bank will confirm the finance condition, and
- Your solicitor will discuss any conditions prior to it becoming unconditional.
- As soon as your offer becomes unconditional a deposit of 10% is payable.
- Congratulations. Once the deposit is paid the section is conditionally yours & we mark it as SOLD.
